At Get Kayaktive, we stand behind the quality of every YAK-A-LAUNCHER™ we manufacture. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
Unused YAK-A-LAUNCHER™ units may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below:
- The product must be in new, unused condition.
- All original parts, hardware, ropes, instructions, and packaging materials must be included.
- The product must not have been installed, assembled, modified, or used in the water.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Because of the size and freight costs associated with shipping the YAK-A-LAUNCHER™, approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at getkayaktive@gmail.com and include photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem at no cost to you.
Used Products
Due to the nature of the product and the inability to resell used marine equipment as new, YAK-A-LAUNCHER™ units that have been assembled, installed, used in the water, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
Warranty Issues
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We stand behind our workmanship and will evaluate warranty claims on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, less any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.
